We fell in love with their extra virgin olive oil and the first thing we thought was that our guests must taste the gastronomic character and ambitious personality of this product. Aparthenasa is an audacious agrocraft estate focusing on the production of terroir-driven Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Cyprus.
Ruggedly individualistic and passionate about research, they employ regenerative agriculture methods and agro-ecological practices, as well as applying innovative elaiological knowledge, in order to explore and promote the variety and variability of the organoleptic characteristics of olive oil, in a way that enhances the sensorial pleasures consumers can relish from it.
In 2023 they were awarded Gold Medals for quality, at both the Athena International Olive Oil Competition and the London International Olive Oil Competition.
