Valentines Menu - 14th and 15th of February:
- Grilled sourdough bread with freshly milled grains, wagyu fat butter and extra virgin olive oil
- Gambero prawn tartare on brioche with citrus mascarpone and Oscietra Caviar
- Wagyu Cecina and artichoke textures
- 72hr Short rib with house pickles and black garlic emulsion
- Black Angus Fillet
- Signature potatoes and herb sauce
- Asparagus with fleur de sel and extra virgin olive oil
- White chocolate cremeux with vanilla and raspberry textures
105 Euro per person (Not Including Drinks)
Deposit - 50 Euro per person
Please note in case there is no availability on the required slot, you may choose High Table or Chef's Counter through the drop-down menu at the top right corner.
- In case of a No-Show there is a cost of 30 euro per person.
- The deposit, if requested, is not refundable in case of cancellation or amendment of your booking with less than 24 hours notice.
