We’re thrilled to share something very special with you: for the first time, Salt & Fire is launching a Sunday Roast during lunch time, starting Sunday, October 26th. This isn’t just another meal, it’s a project close to our hearts, and we can’t wait to welcome you around our table.
Why We Created the Sunday Roast
As restaurateurs and food lovers, we’ve always believed in the power of food to bring people together. Our Sunday Roast is inspired by slow-cooked traditions, fire-roasted flavours and the joy of sharing a meal with loved ones. Every dish is prepared with care and a focus on taste, presentation and the experience of gathering.
What’s on the Menu
Here’s what we’ve been working on:
Creekstone Ribeye Roast
Classic slow-roasted bone-in ribeye, finished over our wood fire and carved to order. Served with our 72-hour house jus.
Whole Turbot (for 2)
Grilled turbot with saffron sauce, herb oil, and pickled fennel salad.
Slow-Roasted Porchetta
Pork belly marinated with fennel and herbs, with crispy crackling.
Italian Rooster
Brined rooster, grilled with brown butter and thyme, served with mushroom purée and aromatic chicken jus.
Each dish comes with sourdough bread & EVOO (our homegrown olive oil), butterhead salad, cauliflower & truffle purée, signature potatoes, and grilled vegetables, designed to complement and elevate the main course.
Why You’ll Love It
Our hope is that every Sunday at Salt & Fire becomes a moment to pause, share, and enjoy. Whether you’re catching up with friends, celebrating with family, or simply indulging in a slow, relaxed lunch, this is a feast for both the palate and the soul.
We’ve poured our hearts into this new project, and we truly can’t wait for you to experience it. Come join us on Sunday, October 26th, from 12:30pm onwards and let’s make your Sunday lunch in Nicosia unforgettable.
