The Salt & Fire Tasting Menu
At Salt & Fire, we believe that the most profound flavours are forged in the heat. For years, our kitchen has been a laboratory of smoke, salt and seasonal craft. Today, we are opening a new chapter by inviting you to experience our philosophy in its most refined form: The Tasting Menu.

This six-course journey is more than just a meal; it is an invitation to witness the elemental transformation of ingredients.



A Journey Through the Elements

The menu is a curated narrative of our kitchen's identity. We begin with The Foundation, our grilled low-temperature fermentation sourdough. Infused with turmeric and served with yeast butter and burned onion salt, it sets the stage for a meal rooted in patience and precision.

From there, we move into the heart of the fire:

Fresh pasta, smoked over charcoal, paired with the delicate sweetness of raw Gambero prawn tartare and pistachio.

A study of beetroot textures, steamed, roasted and grilled, to showcase the depth of local soil.

Cured duck prosciutto accompanied by a symphony of mushroom textures and an aromatic broth.

Our Black Angus fillet, grilled over olive wood, served with the nutty crunch of topinambur and our signature house veal jus.

We conclude the evening with a bold finale: Single-origin Valrhona Dark Chocolate, spiced with cardamom and chili, balanced by the savory depth of miso caramel.
